In my experience the most important aspect of the coaching environment is the relationship between the coach and the coachee. Where there is a solid connection, with honest, challenging and supportive conversation there is nothing that cannot be achieved. One of my key strengths is being able to meet clients where they are at and allowing them the space they need to forge a path forward towards their goals.   • Marie delivered the Ar Aghaidh programme to aspiring middle leaders at Le Chile Secondary School. With our young staff, this programme provided teachers with an in-depth insight into the role of an Assistant Principal, including the expectations of the role, the opportunity to lead an initiative within the school, and an invaluable session with a Principal on the AP interview process. The feedback from staff was excellent, and the course has allowed them to discern and reflect on whether middle leadership is an option for them. The individual coaching sessions with Marie were especially beneficial, enabling them to thoroughly explore and refine their thoughts.
